Ferral mean like "Natural" as apposed to anthro, it's more animal like. It's a form ^^;

The word used for the natural state apposed to anthro is 'Quad' which means 'to stand on all 4 paws naturally' xD;

It just means natural/animal like.

a Quadruped is an animal on 4 legs. Quad is short for "quadruplet" which means four: [link]

quad by itself is this: [link]

People draw fursonas as normal animals as a "feral form" not every feral animal is on 4 legs though.

Hmm, I guess that would be correct then, but Ive certainly never ever seen feral be classed as an ordinary wild animal before, not even wikipedia classes it as that and thats the most commonly used online encyclopedia 0_o;

wikipedia isn't allowed to be used as a source in schools because it isn't always accurate. Don't forget that words can have multiple meanings. When it comes to what I've seen most on DA, Feral is common term used for the natural/wild state of something. Like you have an anthro cat, and you would say it is in anthro form. Then you have that same anthro cat but downsized and simplified to be more like a wild cat (no clothes or anything) and that is "feral"
